In the Torah city of Beitar Illit operates The "Mamlechet Hatorah" Kollelim — a unique Torah framework that brings together two independent kollelim under a single, unified vision of growth in Torah, unwavering diligence, and the cultivation of outstanding talmidei chachamim.
The kollel framework is home to 60 carefully selected avreichim, each committed to excelling both in in-depth Torah study and in practical halachic mastery, with the aspiration to become leaders of Torah learning and teaching in the next generation.
At the helm of the kollel framework stands its founder and director, Rabbi Shmuel Cheshin, shlit"a, who bears the full financial responsibility of the kollelim. Month after month, he ensures the livelihood of the avreichim — without fixed institutional funding — driven by a profound sense of mission to strengthen and expand Torah in Eretz Yisrael.
